A blue-boarded barn holds innumerable family memories. The weathered redwood siding and shake roof are in acute need of repair. Many of the objects within and around it are no longer used and are disintegrating. The Barn is a symbol of the successes and pitfalls inherent in running a farm. It is a time-line, a historical marker, an anachronism.
